Apple And Sour Cream Bars - cooking recipe

2 1/2 cups cake mix
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup butter, melted
13.5 oz can apple pie filling
1 1/4 cups sour cream
None None ground nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 10 x 6 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Combine cake mix, coconut and butter then press evenly over base of prepared pan. Bake for 15 mins.
Combine apple and sour cream then spread evenly over warm base. Smooth surface then sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake for 15 mins. Let cool to room temperature, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
