Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 lbs cooking apples, peeled, cored and chopped
    2/3 cup light brown sugar
    4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp grated nutmeg
    2 None cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large pan. Add 1 2/3 cups water and slowly bring to a boil, cover then simmer for 30 mins, stirring occasionally. Remove the cinnamon sticks and puree.
