Tortilla De Patatas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup olive oil
3 None medium potatoes, finely chopped
1 None medium onion, finely chopped
8 None eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Heat oil in an 8 inch ovenproof frying pan over medium heat. Cook potatoes and onion, covered, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. Add eggs and cook, uncovered, over low heat for 5 mins, or until eggs are just set.
Transfer to oven and cook, uncovered, for 10 mins, or until lightly browned. Carefully invert onto a large serving plate and cut into wedges.
