Creamy Garlic Mushrooms On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb mixed mushrooms of choice, sliced if necessary
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    8 slices whole grain bread, toasted
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins, or until mushrooms begin to soften.
    Stir in cream. Bring to a boil, stirring. Season to taste. Spoon onto toast and serve.
