Pesto And Sundried Tomato Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz penne pasta
    2 tsp garlic oil
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
    4 oz sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
    1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
    4 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain then toss with garlic oil and olive oil. Add basil, tomatoes, toasted pine nuts and 2 oz Parmesan. Season.
    Spoon pasta into serving bowls and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
