Stir Fried Greens In Hoisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb choy sum, chopped
    5 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    2 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 None long red chili, sliced thinly
    None None steamed rice or noodles, to serve
Preparation
    Heat peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Saute ginger and garlic for 1 min, until fragrant.
    Add choy sum, sugar snap peas, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chili. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until just tender.
    Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
