Strawberry Eton Mess - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb strawberries, hulled, halved
    2 tbsp powdered sugar
    1 None orange, zested, 1/4 cup juice reserved
    2 cups vanilla yogurt
    1 cup vanilla custard or pudding
    3.5 oz vanilla meringues, crumbled
    2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
Preparation
    Combine strawberries, sugar, orange zest and orange juice. Stir over medium heat for 2-3 mins, until sugar dissolves and strawberries begin to soften. Remove from saucepan, cover and chill.
    Mix together yogurt and custard. Gently swirl strawberry mixture and 3/4 of the meringue through. Transfer to dessert glasses and top with chopped pistachios and remaining crushed meringue.
