Quick Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz cheese-flavored tortilla chips
    1 (13.5 oz) can basil and oregano tomatoes
    1 (13.5 oz) can Mexican chili beans
    2 oz three-cheese blend, grated
    1 None avocado, finely chopped
    1/2 None red onion, finely chopped
    1 None cucumber, deseeded, finely chopped
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking dish. Arrange tortilla chips in dish.
    In a food processor, process tomatoes and beans for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour over tortilla chips. Top with cheese. Bake for 10 mins, or until cheese melts.
    Meanwhile, combine avocado, onion, cucumber, cilantro and lemon juice. Serve with nachos.
