Macadamia And Orange Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup unsalted butter, chopped
10.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 None eggs, at room temperature, lightly whisked
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
2/3 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup orange marmalade
Preparation

Preheat oven 325\u00b0F. Grease and line a 10x6 inch rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Add sugar then eggs. Add flour and cocoa powder and mix until just combined. Add macadamia nuts. Transfer to prepared pan and smooth surface.
Add spoonfuls of marmalade on top of batter then use a knife to swirl marmalade into batter. Bake for 50 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan then cut into 20 pieces. Serve.
