Turkish Delight Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
    4 None chocolate coated turkish delight bars
    4 cups vanilla ice-cream
    2/3 cup roasted unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Blend or process raspberries with the powdered sugar.
    Coarsely chop the Turkish delight bars.
    Layer scoops of ice cream with the raspberry puree, Turkish delight and pistachios in serving glasses. Serve immediately.
