Char Siu Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
12 oz gai lan (Chinese broccoli), coarsely chopped
12 oz choy sum or bok choy, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup char siu sauce (Chinese barbecue sduce)
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation

Heat the peanut oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry the red onion until soft. Add the gai lan, choy sum and char siu sauce; stir-fry until the greens wilt.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
