Chicken Hand Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 slices bacon, chopped
    1 None onion, chopped
    10.5 oz rotisserie chicken, chopped
    5 oz roasted vegetables, chopped
    2.5 oz frozen peas
    2 None eggs, beaten
    4 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed, edges rounded
    1 tbsp milk
    None None salad and tomato sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 baking trays.
    Heat oil in a small frying pan over high heat. Saute bacon and onion for 3-4 mins, until onion is tender. Transfer to a bowl and mix with chicken, vegetables and 1 egg. Season.
    Distribute filling between centers of puff pastry sheets then fold over into semicircles to enclose. Crimp edges with a fork to seal. Whisk together remaining egg and milk then brush over top. Arrange on prepared trays and bake for 25-30 mins, until puffed and golden brown.
    Serve with salad and tomato sauce.
