Braised Asian Beef Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 lb beef short ribs, cut into small sections
3/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin
2 (1 inch) strips orange rind
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 None fresh long red chili, thinly sliced
2 tsp sesame oil
Preparation

Place ribs in a slow cooker. Whisk together remaining ingredients then pour over ribs. Cook, covered, on low for 8 hours. Season to taste.
Serve ribs with sauce.
