Mango Purée With Pistachios - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz) cans mango, drained
    4 tbsp Greek yogurt
    2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
Preparation
    In a food processor, blend mango until smooth. Spoon into 4 tall serving glasses. Chill. Top with spoonfuls of yogurt and sprinkle with pistachios to serve.
