Apricot And Almond Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups rolled oats
    1 cup rolled rye flakes
    3/4 cup blanched almonds, chopped
    1 1/4 cups pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/3 cup sesame seeds
    1/2 cup flaked coconut
    1/2 cup sunflower oil
    2/3 cup honey
    1 1/3 cups dried apricots, chopped
    1 cup raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F.
    In a large bowl, combine oats, rye, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and coconut. Add oil and honey and mix to combine. Transfer to a large baking tray and bake for 35 mins, stirring occasionally. Let cool completely.
    Stir in apricots and raisins. Store in an airtight container.
