Corn, Pea And Mint Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup frozen baby peas
    1 cup canned corn kernels, drained
    2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Preparation
    Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Cook peas 2 mins. Drain and refresh under cold running water.
    Add peas to corn with mint, onion and lime juice. Season to taste; mix well to combine.
