Mixed Berry Brioche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp powdered sugar, plus extra, for dusting
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    8.75 oz mascarpone cheese
    2 tbsp honey
    4 thick slices brioche, toasted
    10.5 oz frozen mixed berries, thawed
    None None fresh mint leaves, to garnish
    None None ground cinnamon, to dust
Preparation
    Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to soft peaks. Fold into mascarpone.
    Spread honey then whipped mascarpone over toasted brioche. Top with berries. Garnish with mint and dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
