Chicken And Bean Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 can (15 oz) Mexi beans
    2 None tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
    1 None red bird's-eye chili pepper (optional)
    2 tsp ground coriander
    8 None taco shells
    1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    4 None lettuce leaves, shredded
    1 None avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and arrange chicken on it. Spray with no stick cooking spray and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake for 8-10 mins, until cooked through. Cover with foil.
    Meanwhile, combine beans, tomatoes, chili pepper and coriander in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Cook for 5 mins, stirring until bubbly.
    Arrange taco shells on a baking pan. Bake for 5 mins. Spoon bean mixture into taco shells. Top with chicken, cheese, lettuce and avocado.
