Warm Lamb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None Dressing
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp fish sauce
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    3.5 oz mixed salad greens
    1 None Turkish/mini cucumber, thinly sliced
    1 None red onion, sliced
    1 None red pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 tbsp mint, chopped
    1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
    1 lb lamb steak
Preparation
    To make dressing, whisk together ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
    In a separate bowl, combine salad greens, cucumber, red onion, pepper, mint and cilantro.
    Preheat a grill or grill pan on high. Cook lamb for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked to taste. Allow to rest, covered, for 5 minutes. Slice and toss with salad and dressing to serve.
