Warm Potato, Dolcelatte Cheese And Watercress Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb small new potatoes
    6 oz Dolcelatte cheese, cut into chunks
    2.5 oz watercress
    1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Saute new potatoes for 20 mins, until golden brown and cooked through. Add cheese and heat gently until just beginning to melt.
    Arrange watercress on 4 serving plates. Spoon potato mixture over top. Season and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
