Chicken And Fava Bean Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 oz spiral pasta
1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1 None onion, thinly sliced
1 None celery stick, sliced
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 None chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
1 cup frozen fava beans, thawed, peeled
1/4 cup fresh smooth ricotta
5 oz cooked chicken, shredded
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp shaved parmesan
None None mixed salad, to serve
Preparation

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pot.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan over moderate heat. Add onion, celery and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until soft. Add crumbled bouillon cube and 1/2 cup of water and bring to a simmer. Stir in fava beans and simmer 3 minutes or until beans are heated and sauce reduces slightly. Remove pan from heat. Stir in ricotta and chicken until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Add chicken mixture and dill to pasta in the pot and toss to combine. Divide between serving bowls. Top with parmesan. Season with pepper. Serve with salad.
