Caesar Salad With Parmesan Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None ciabatta loaf, cubed
    4 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
    2 oz canned anchovies, drained
    None None Caesar salad dressing, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Toss ciabatta with olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Spread out on a baking tray and bake for 10 mins, until crisp.
    Toss with lettuce and anchovies. Serve with Caesar salad dressing.
