Corn And Cheese Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    1 (12 oz) can sweet corn
    2 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 None green onions, finely sliced
    1 tbsp sugar
    2/3 cup milk
    1 None egg
    3 1/2 tbsp butter, melted, plus extra, for brushing
    None None ham and tomato chutney, to serve
Preparation
    Combine flour, corn, cheese, green onions and sugar. Whisk together milk, egg and melted butter until combined then gradually whisk into corn mixture until smooth.
    Heat a large, nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Brush with extra melted butter. Working in batches, spoon tablespoonfuls of batter into pan and cook for 1-2 mins, until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip over and cook for 1 min, or until golden and cooked through.
    Top with ham and chutney to serve.
