Tofu With Pistachios - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    1 1/3 lbs firm tofu, drained, roughly chopped
    1 cup pistachios, shelled
    2 tbsp butter
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 None red bird's-eye chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    2 tsp grated fresh ginger
    14 oz sugar snap peas
    14 oz snow peas
    1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Preparation
    Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Sir-fry tofu and nuts, in batches, until tofu is browned lightly.
    Heat remaining 1 tbsp oil with butter in wok. Stir-fry garlic, chili peppers and ginger until mixture is fragrant. Add sugar snap and snow peas; stir-fry until just tender.
    Return tofu and nuts to wok with sauce; stir-fry until combined.
