Ingredients

4 None flat breads (such as pita, lavash, or naan)
1/2 cup prepared pesto (basil or pepper)
1 cup cooked bacon, torn into pieces
1/2 cups sliced button mushrooms
1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup grated mozzarella
None None Baby arugula, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment.
Place flat bread on trays; spread pesto over tops. Sprinkle with bacon, mushrooms and onion; top with mozzarella.
Bake 10-15 minutes, until golden and crisp. Serve topped with arugula.
