Tangy Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs new red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
    3 None hard-boiled eggs, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/3 cup light Italian dressing
    1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 12 mins, or until tender. Drain and rinse with cool water.
    Once cool, combine potatoes with remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Season.
