Fruit And Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 oz unsalted pistachios
    2 oz green candied cherries, halved
    2 oz red candied cherries, halved
    2 oz dried apricots, roughly chopped
    2 oz candied ginger, finely chopped
    7 oz white chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Grease and line a 3x10 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inches above long sides.
    Combine nuts, fruits and ginger in a medium bowl. Working quickly, stir in chocolate. Transfer mixture to prepared pan, pushing down firmly to flatten. Chill until set.
    Turn set bar out onto a cutting board and cut into slices.
