Poached Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None onions, quartered
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    3 1/2 tbsp butter, finely chopped
    4 None bay leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Stud each onion quarter with a clove. Arrange on a baking sheet with butter pieces and bay leaves. Pour stock on top and season. Cover with foil and bake 20 mins, until tender. Serve.
