Low Fat Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None small cabbage, finely shredded
    2 None red pepper, cut into thin strips
    3 None medium carrots, coarsely grated
    6 None spring onions, finely sliced
    1 cup low-fat yogurt
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Combine vegetables in a salad bowl. Whisk together yogurt, mustard and 2 tbsp water and season to taste. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Cover and chill before serving.
