Easy Pear And Cranberry Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None ripe pear, thinly sliced
    1 tsp lemon juice
    3 None medium eggs, separated
    95 g caster sugar
    90 g plain flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp whole berry cranberry sauce
    Pinch None ground cinnamon
    250 g low-fat cottage cheese
    200 g vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a 12x14cm baking tray with baking paper. Mix the sliced pear and lemon juice together then set aside. Beat the egg whites with 2 tbsp water whilst gradually beating in 1/2 cup sugar. The mixture should be stiff and glossy.
    to the mixture, add the egg yolks followed by the flour and baking powder. Spread the mixture onto the baking tray. Arrange the sliced pear over the base, leaving a small margin around the outside. Top with cranberry sauce. Bake for 10-12 mins until golden.
    Meanwhile, mix 1 tsp sugar and cinnamon together. Mix the cottage cheese and yogurt together until smooth. Remove the tart from the oven, allow to cool, and slice. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve with the creamy sauce.
