Muesli And Apricot Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 1/2 tbsp butter, cubed
    2 tbsp honey
    1 1/2 cups dried apricots, chopped
    1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
    1 1/4 cups untoasted muesli
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line an 11x7 inch baking pan.
    Melt butter and honey together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring. Set aside to cool slightly.
    In a large bowl, combine apricots, flour, muesli, sugar, and raisins. Stir in eggs and cooled butter mixture, until combined.
    Spoon mixture into prepared pan, spreading with a spatula to smooth surface.
    Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden. Cool in pan 5 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
    Cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
