Mixed Greens With Avocado, Peas And Lemon Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz mixed greens
    1 None avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced
    4.5 oz fresh peas, blanched
    None None Lemon Vinaigrette
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp grainy mustard
Preparation
    Combine mixed greens, avocado and peas in a serving bowl.
    Whisk together ingredients for vinaigrette and season to taste. Add to salad and toss to combine. Serve.
