Warm Smoked Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb baby new potatoes, quartered
    7 oz baby spinach
    14 oz sliced smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
    1 cup creamy potato dressing
Preparation
    Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender then drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Season.
    Add spinach and salmon to warm potatoes and toss to combine. Distribute between serving plates and drizzle with dressing.
