Chili Lemongrass Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp finely chopped lemongrass
1 None fresh small red Thai chili pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp peanut oil
8 None lamb chops
Preparation

Combine garlic, lemongrass, chili pepper, fish sauce and peanut oil in a large bowl. Add lamb chops; turn to coat in mixture. Let stand 10 mins.
Heat a grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Drain lamb chops. Grill until cooked to desired doneness.
