Fish En Papillote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 None small red onion, thinly sliced
    None None 4 boneless fish fillets
    1 bunch dill sprigs
    1/2 None lemon, juice
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Cut 4 large squares of parchment paper.
    In a bowl, combine tomatoes and onion, adding a little olive oil, if you like. Season to taste.
    Place equal amounts of tomato mixture in the middle of each piece of parchment paper. Top with fish. Sprinkle with dill sprigs. Drizzle with lemon juice and, if you like, a little olive oil. Season to taste.
    Wrap fish up by folding and crinkling the edges of the paper to make a seal package. If the edges are not closed properly, the steam will escape. Place the packages on a baking tray and bake 10-15 mins, until fish is cooked when tested.
    Remove the fish from the package and serve with salad or vegetables.
