Wheat-Free Macadamia And Sunflower Seed Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup rolled oats
    3/4 cup gluten-free flour
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    2 oz macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
    2 oz sunflower seeds
    1/3 cup olive oil spread
    2 tsp honey
    1/2 tsp baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. For the dough, combine the oats, flour, sugar, macadamia nuts and sunflower seeds in a bowl. Combine the olive oil spread, honey and 2 tsp water in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until melted. Stir in the baking soda. Add to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
    Roll tbsps of the mixture into balls and arrange 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten gently and bake 25 min, until golden and cooked through. Cool on baking sheet and serve.
