Smokey Roast Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 lbs whole chicken
    7 tbsp sunflower oil
    3 tsp smoked paprika
    2 1/4 lbs potatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Season the chicken all over then tie the legs and wings of the chicken together using kitchen twine. Mix 5 tbsp oil with 1 tsp paprika and season. Place 3 tbsp water in a roasting pan then place the chicken in the pan. Sprinkle the seasoned oil all over the chicken then roast for 1hr plus 20-30 mins.
    Toss the potatoes with 2 tbsp oil and 1-2 tsp paprika. Season and add to the roasting pan with the chicken after 30 mins. To serve, transfer the chicken to a serving plate and surround with the potatoes.
