Lime Mascarpone Tart With Fresh Citrus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 inch) frozen tart shell, thawed
    8.75 oz mascarpone cheese
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    2 None eggs, beaten
    3 None limes, zested and juiced
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    None None Citrus Salad
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 None cinnamon stick
    2 None star anise
    2 None oranges, peeled, sliced
    2 None lemons, peeled, sliced
    2 None limes, peeled, sliced
    None None powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line tart shell with parchment paper and fill with pie weights. Blind bake for 10 mins. Remove paper and weights and bake for another 10 mins, until lightly browned.
    Meanwhile, whisk together mascarpone, sugar, eggs, lime zest, lime juice and heavy cream until smooth. Transfer to tart shell and bake for 15 mins. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0F. Bake for another 30-35 mins, until filling is just set.
    Meanwhile, for the fruit salad, heat sugar with 3 tbsp water until sugar dissolves. Add cinnamon and star anise. Boil for 1 min. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Pour over sliced fruit.
    Dust tart with powdered sugar. Serve with fruit salad.
