Avocado Salsa And Beans On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large avocado, peeled, pitted, coarsely chopped
    1/2 None small red onion, peeled, finely chopped
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    4 thick slices sourdough bread
    1 (28 oz) can baked beans in tomato sauce, warmed
Preparation
    To make the salsa, combine avocado, onion, tomatoes, lime juice and herbs in a medium bowl. Season to taste.
    Toast bread then top with baked beans and salsa.
