Turkey And Cheese "Mouse" Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    2 None small turkey steaks (about 50g each)
    1/4 None cucumber, sliced
    4-5 None little gem lettuce leaves
    2 None mini Babybel cheeses
    4 None large radishes, trimmed
    8 None whole cloves
Preparation
    Heat oil in a frying pan and sear turkeys fillets for about 3 mins on each side until golden and cooked through. Cover and rest for 5 mins.
    To make the mice, arrange most cucumber slices in two small stacks on a plate. Top with turkey fillets, lettuce and remaining cucumber slices. Place a mini Edam cheese on top. For the heads, take a slice off the base of each radish. Cut removed portion in 1/2 then make 2 small slits in the top of each radish and insert halved slices for \"ears.\" Attach cloves for \"eyes\" and a little lettuce for \"mouths.\" Place 1 head on top of each body and garnish plate with extra 2 heads. Serve immediately.
