Beet And Walnut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None raw beets, trimmed, washed
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted, chopped
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
1/3 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, roughly chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Place beets in a roasting pan and season. Cover with foil and bake for 45 mins, or until tender. When cool enough to handle, peel and slice.
Arrange beet slices on a serving platter. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season. Top with walnuts, shaved Parmesan and parsley.
