Ingredients

2 None celery stalks, trimmed and coarsely chopped
1 medium apple, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 large orange, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 small beet, peeled

Preparation

Using an electric juicer, extract juice from all ingredients.
Refrigerate until chilled.
