Mexican Bean Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz penne pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 None chorizo, sliced
    1 can (15 oz) mixed beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup torn basil leaves, plus additional, to garnish
    2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat .Saute onion and garlic for 1-2 mins until tender. Add chorizo and cook, stirring, for 3 mins.
    Stir in beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 mins. Season to taste.
    Drain pasta and return to pan. Add sauce and basil and toss to coat well. Top with feta and additional basil.
