Quick Fish With Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

2 tsp sweet paprika
4 None boneless skinless fish fillets (5 oz each)
3 None plum tomatoes, peeled, deseeded
1 None red onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds, lightly toasted
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation

Sift paprika over both sides of fish fillets. Pan-fry fish for 2-3 mins each side in a heated, greased large nonstick skillet, until just cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, onion, cumin seeds and cilantro in a small bowl. Serve fish with tomato salsa.
