Whipped Butters And Creams - cooking recipe

    1/2 cup softened butter
    1 tsp lime zest
    1 tsp lemon zest
    2 tsp powdered sugar
    -1 None Whipped Coffee Cream
    1 tsp instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp coffee liqueur
    2 tbsp powdered sugar
    -1 None Whipped Brandy Butter
    1/2 cup softened butter
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp brandy
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    -1 None Whipped Orange Mascarpone
    1/2 cup mascarpone
    1 tbsp powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 tsp orange zest
    -1 None Passionfruit Butter
    6 tbsp softened butter
    1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
    1 tbsp passionfruit pulp
    -1 None Whipped Spiced Honey Yogurt
    1 1/4 cups vanilla yogurt
    1 tbsp honey
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    -1 None Whipped Butter with Toasted Walnuts and Hazelnuts
    1/2 cup softened butter
    2 tbsp toasted walnuts, finely chopped
    2 tbsp toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
    -1 None Whipped Cream with Hazelnut Praline
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts
    1 1/4 cups whipped cream
    -1 None Vanilla Whipped Cream
    1 None vanilla bean, split lengthwise, seeds scraped out
    2/3 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation
    For the Whipped Maple Pecan Butter, beat softened butter with maple syrup until light and fluffy. Stir in finely chopped roasted pecans.
    For the Whipped Nutella Butter, beat melted chocolate with Nutella and butter until thick and glossy.
    For the Whipped Lime Butter, beat softened butter with lime zest, lemon zest and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
    For the Whipped Coffee Cream, beat coffee with cream, coffee liqueur and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
    For the Whipped Brandy Butter, beat softened butter with brown sugar, brandy and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
    For the Whipped Orange Mascarpone, whisk mascarpone, powdered sugar and orange zest until soft peaks form.
    For the Passionfruit Butter, beat softened butter with powdered sugar until as white as possible. Stir in passionfruit pulp.
    For the Whipped Spiced Honey Yogurt, combine vanilla yogurt, honey, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg in a small bowl.
    For the Whipped Butter with Toasted Walnuts and Hazelnuts, beat softened butter until light and fluffy. Stir in walnuts and hazelnuts.
    For the Whipped Cream with Hazelnut Praline, dissolve sugar in 2 tbsp water in a saucepan over low heat. Boil until mixture caramelizes. Pour over toasted hazelnuts on a greased baking tray. Set aside until hardened. Chop praline then fold into whipped cream.
    For the Vanilla Whipped Cream, whisk vanilla bean seeds, heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
