Curried Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp butter
    4 None green onions, sliced
    1 tsp curry powder
    1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers, sliced
    5 oz ham, chopped
    8 None eggs
    1/2 cup canned creamed corn
    1/4 cup frozen peas
    2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Preparation
    Heat butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Saute onions and curry powder for 1 min. Add peppers and ham and cook, stirring, for 1 min.
    Beat eggs with creamed corn. Season to taste. Add to pan with peas and parsley. Stir on low heat for 3-5 mins, until thickened and creamy.
