French Toast With Chocolate Hazelnut Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None For the Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
    7 oz dark chocolate chips (about 1 1/4 cups)
    14 tbsp butter, cubed
    1 None (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    3/4 cup roughly chopped hazelnuts
    None None For the French Toast
    2 None medium eggs
    1/3 cup milk
    2 tbsp butter, melted
    4 slices thick raisin bread
    None None Blueberries, sliced bananas, to serve
Preparation
    To make the hazelnut spread: Place chocolate chips and butter in a heat-resistant bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in condensed milk and hazelnuts. Set aside until ready to serve or store in sealed jar for later use.
    To make French toast: Whisk eggs and milk together in a shallow dish. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium. Brush with a little melted butter to grease. Dip one slice of bread into egg mixture to evenly coat. Cook for 1-2 mins each side, until golden. Repeat with remaining bread, greasing between each.
    Serve French toast with warm hazelnut spread, blueberries and sliced banana.
