Lemonade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None lemon, zest peeled and cut into thin strips
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp citric acid
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/4 cups lemon juice
None None soda water or ice water, for serving
Preparation

For lemon syrup, combine lemon zest, sugar, citric acid and cream of tartar. Add 8 cups boiling water and stir until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice then let cool. Strain.
To serve, dilute lemon syrup with soda water (or ice water) to taste.
