Beef Skewers With Satay Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb rump steak, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
    1 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
    8 oz spaghetti or other pasta of choice
    14 oz coleslaw mix
    2/3 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped, plus extra, to serve
    1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
    3/4 cup satay sauce
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp fish sauce
Preparation
    Place steak in a bowl. Add stir-fry sauce and oil and toss to coat. Stand for 5 mins to marinate. Drain. Thread steak on to 12 pre-soaked wooden skewers.
    Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and refresh under cold water. Transfer noodles to a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix, cilantro and peanuts. Toss to combine. Whisk satay sauce, lemon juice, fish sauce and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl. Add to noodle mixture and toss to combine.
    Preheat the broiler to high. Place skewers on a broiler tray. Broil for 2 mins each side, or until cooked. Serve skewers with satay noodles and garnished with cilantro.
