Sandwich Spread Duo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None hard-boiled eggs
60 g radishes, julienned
1/2 bunch chives, finely chopped
2-3 sprigs dill, finely chopped
200 g low-fat cottage cheese
1 small stalk celery, trimmed and finely diced
1 None small apple, quartered and cored
1-2 tsp lemon juice
200 g cream cheese
3 tbsp semi skimmed milk
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp honey
8 slices wholemeal bread
None None chive and dill, celery leaves, to garnish
Preparation

Dip 1: In a bowl combine cottage cheese, radishes and herbs. Set aside a slice of egg for garnish, and dice remainder of eggs. Stir eggs into the cottage cheese and season. Garnish with herbs and egg slice.
Dip 2: Set aside a slice of apple for garnish. Julienne remaining apple and toss in lemon juice. In a bowl combine cream cheese, milk and curry powder. Stir in apple and celery, and season with salt, pepper and honey to taste. Garnish with apple slice and celery leaves.
Serve spreads with slices of whole wheat bread.
